D and C Extreme’s Scout 80/800 Power Brake Booster Conversion Kit. iThe 80/800 Power Brake Booster Conversion Kit  kit comes with a master cylinder, brake booster, billet adapter plate, hardware kit, linkage assembly and adjustable push rod. This kit is 100% bolt in. No cutting on your firewall box or inner fender. We spent many hours in the design of this kit to make it as pain free as possible for you to install.  All mounting hardware is also included.

As you can see in the photos, this is a very clean “Factory Like” installation.

Our Power Brake Booster Conversion kit has a choice of three different master cylinders, 1-1/8″ bore corvette style master cylinder for use with four wheel disc applications, a  1″ bore master cylinder for disc/drum applications, and a 7/8″ bore master cylinder for drum/drum applications.

This kit can be used with the stock axles as well as many other axle combos. For example,  Scout II Dana 44’s with or without our rear disc brake kit, all the way up to a Dana 60 and 14 bolt combo.

Note: Relocation of the battery, and rerouting of fresh air tube are required on 800 models.

Note: Will not work on 1961 Scout 80 with left fender mounted heater box.
